Our Community Responded!
From March 2020 to June 2021 the Town Council ran the Chudleigh Covid-19 Community Task Force to help those in self isolation in our community experiencing symptoms (‘symptomatic’) or being in the Governments at risk groups. The Task Force coordinated requests for assistance and used our fantastic team of Community Volunteers to provide help to those in need.
Food and Medication was our main priority, but we also offered emotional support/befriending (by DBS volunteers), and dog walking.
