Tradesmen

I now have a draft list of tradesmen who are willing and able to attend EMERGENCY callouts: gas, plumbing, electricians, locksmiths, computer (phone support only) and TV/ aerial engineer. I would like to stress the following:

• The Majority are Chudleigh Based or nearby.
• All qualified and have been contacted.
• They state they have the appropriate PPE Equipment and will observe social distancing rules.
• They WILL NOT attend if anyone in the household is showing Covid-19 symptoms.

I will not publish the list. If you need to access it, PM me via Messenger or ring me on 07968 508451 (24 hrs).

Also I would like to make VERY CLEAR: There are many other tradesmen out there which you could contact. I have contacted many more than those on the list, and they are not currently working. I am NOT recommending any on the list and there will be no favouritism whatsoever or come back etc. The choice is solely yours.

I am purely trying to help the community in this continuing crisis by providing information. I have passed this list to the Council, so hopefully if anyone rings the Community Helpline (853140) looking to find an emergency tradesman, they can be given advice.
